On the timing, if it helps, the Seeking schedule is driven by a) we have a bunch of specific stuff to get through, and b) people need time to go practice the thing between classes a few times. (And c) I do not actually want to be teaching every week, I have other things in my life that need time.)
And if people have other stuff in their lives, a week is usually not enough for that.
When we're teaching ritual specifics, it's usually more like:
Week 1: Teach the thing. Week 2: They practice Week 3: Next class, we talk about it, see if people have questions or how things are going. Week 4: They practice more. Week 5: We teach the next thing (continuing to check in on previous segments of the ritual technique as we go, since they stack.)
