I have found the following offerings work well:
- Small rocks or coins
- Food that is not in wrappers (fruit and bread items, especially)
- Wax, shaped into devotional or sacrificial figures (for Pan, this works out to be phallic or animal shapes)
- Flowers, particularly from herbal plants
- Drawings
- Water
