friends who bake: in the story of Llyn Fach, the fairy complains first that our heroes bread is too hard - and the second time, that it's entirely unbaked. On the third time, like Goldilocks, she declares it just right.
I know there are no-yeast/unlevened breads...the internet is constantly advertising me no-knead breads. I know breads without flour. I wonder if she's ever tried a focciata. London girls go mad for a nice panini, or perhaps if I could find the name of those big Turkish flatbreads. or an undercooked Lidl pizza, or the 60p pre-sliced loaves that are seemingly made out of plaster dust and air.
what would YOU bake for the lady of the lake who's super picky about crust...?
As it is the time of year, I really enjoyed this retelling of the Lady of Llyn y Fan Fach
