Patience is: having gratitude that no one has responded or participated in my new-path online spaces yet, because I am not looking for everybody or just anybody, but for people who are working on this frequency (or would like to), rather than a broad following of unengaged people, or popularity in the usual sense.

Patience is: accepting that anything worth building takes time to build, and requires not just people, but the *right* people.

Patience is: less than 5% of my notes are on my handbook site; this is a stopgap in which I can slowly build that, and build presence elsewhere, that by the time people take an interest there will be something to show.

Patience is: being certain of what I am doing and why; my certainty in my own craft, rather than a desire for validation; and a vocation to share and serve others, rather than to accumulate praise.

Patience is: the color of the clouds crawling purple over the sky, and the weight of big, strange stones

Greetings, friend. Sit by the fire, and we will share hot drinks and tales of long-forgotten lore.
