I really wish I had a solution for this, other than avoiding human contact forever. I have an inkling it might involve sending mixed signals to confuse the reading--not to look agender necessarily but to casually defuse gendered assumptions at the start? But that would be for people with higher Charisma than me. Maybe with a few points in Acting (if we're talking nWoD terms). But honestly it wouldn't sit well with me to change how I behave just to make other people treat me the way I'd like to be treated. The other option is to surround yourself with people who are not assholes and shut down those who start to act like assholes.

Which does not help me at job interviews.
