I also dream of ‘pagan land’ but it’s less about doing rituals and studying magic with people than having people who have some similar values and worldviews as me and where my practices aren’t seen strange or weird or get me (and my family) ostracised. I otherwise regard my practices as being fairly personal and something I do on my own.

As we are considering where we want to live, one of the things we think about is whether or not there’s a pagan presence in the area, and it’s less about having a coven than about having ‘our kind of people’ there. (My partner does not regard himself as pagan, but he does have a nature-revering worldview without the magic or ritual).
