I think I need to look up this Song of Hiawatha soon then. I first heard the name a couple days ago on Wikipedia looking up historical tidbits of the Kalevala, it was mentioned since it's apparently inspired by the Kalevala meter. No coincidence on that part!
Go ahead, sing the Kalevala. It was originally meant to be sung anyway. :D Rune singers were a big thing in Finland of old.
