I can’t start a “new” knitting project until I actually pick it out and look at the pattern and decide if I can do it with my fractured attention and then I need to find the right yarn and needles from the pit of craft chaos scattered around and then cast it on and try to follow the pattern re: fractured attention and....

... this is why I have knit half a dozen pairs of vanilla socks using whatever wool I can easily find in the craft supply chaos that is already wound into a ball. Because I don’t have to think or do anything.

This is my long way of saying “I feel your mood” and I’m sorry :(
