haptalaonSo the new website is up and tell the truth, I'm a little exhausted - but pleased too, like I'm ready for a new chapter. I've got my music organised, I've got a (temporary; partially completed) gallery of "look, its a bit like this" images; I have a basic reading list up. All the core components of the Landcraft are there, and just in time for Christmas my elemental system has come together (click on it to explore!)
Not everything is on the new site yet but tbh, I don't think uploading old web pages has much purpose until I have inspiration for how to display them. And I'm loving the power .css/static hand-crafted sites give you over the mood and atmosphere of a digital place, it can be a lot more evocative, and with me doing so much work around colour - it's more fun than Wordpress. And also, my poor laptop increasingly struggles to run WP without crashing.
Pleased to be where I'm at, and a sign I need to take a pause from writing and do more magical exploring now.
