Lilith's Tears

You know, I've never really read anything about Lucifer Rising until today - I don't think it's right or useful to take a thing which works on a emotional-symbolic level, and have a stranger break it down for you.
But for the post I did skim-read a couple to find some images and, for the first time, I now know why Lilith is crying. I don't know whether I wanted to know or not. That's always been one of the most haunting parts of the film. It's now haunting in a different way; but I still think, on balance, I would rather have not known.
