...sometimes you have fantasies and those fantasies bring you joy just having them, like thinking about going to a beach or looking forward to Christmas. This is not one of those fantasies. I want to cry, big heavy distress tears, at the thought of it.
The dudes really old and running it single handed and wanted to retire in like 2014, so...Idk. There's this fantasy of going to the hotel and he sees how much I love it and will take care of it, not modernising it but loving it for what it is. And decides to sell it to me at a fraction of its value. I understand that's not how real estate works in the real world, and yet...its how it works for me. I couldn't bear to sell a place I loved to strangers who would trash it. So...
