Back when I was jobhunting in Finland I kept running into organizations offering "courses" on given jobs. It was one week of classes and three months of actually doing the job for no pay. You got your unemployment check instead. Meanwhile the organization offering the "course" got paid by the client company MORE than they would have paid to employ you for a similar position, and more than you got from the dole.

Fucking parasites.
