haptalaonI have to keep thinking about & really focusing on my love of drag & specifically drag as a poverty-line tradition.
I want to go and study clothing construction more than anything - costumes, tailoring, pattern cutting. And there's this huge financial wall between me and the training I want. And also even access to fabrics and so on. I've been saving for close to a decade now, and it isn't going to happen.
So I have to keep thinking about like...These people I admire who had norning, but who let that be part of their creativity and...the fact you don't need the expensive training or the expensive fabrics to create things or learn things or be a trailblazer or know how to design. It's going to be ok.
