Good news for me: my husband is fairly circumspect about his faith. I think that comes from being in a very evangelical household growing up, a respect for privacy and silence and not cramming ones religion into other people's lives.

(I think a lot of Pagans feel similarly, and it's backed up by our Lore in which witches and keepers of the old ways are often depicted as secretive and isolated. I think a lot about Pagans relearning religious rudeness; not that we want to replicate the failings of other spiritual traditions, and they *are* failings, but because I've found it very helpful for *me*. There's an encouragement, I often feel, to downplay and undermine ones own spirituality, to cultivate an embarrassment around it, or for it to be reduced to a kind of shopping/self-improvement hobby.

Knocking on the doors of strangers to tell them something wicked this way comes, and would you like to join our coven? has never been our way, and yet...why not? I made a semi-serious joke a few years back about witches demanding the right to wear pointed hats in public, just as Christians wear crosses and Muslim women the veil. Again, why not? It's been helpful to *me* to wear my ivy crown, my cape, and spiritual amulets out and about, to assert my right to be public about something that is both important and real. It's that, more than anything, I think. A discomfort around the behaviour of (some) Christians, leading us to develop a discomfort with our own belief. Other religious people seem to have no qualms asserting that their beliefs are an objective reality, and I think we could do with a bit more of that. Not to the extent of rudeness, cruelty, child abuse or war. But to the extent that it supports *us*.)

Anyway, because of this I find out what he does and who he serves in dribs and drabs, like who he wanted called at our wedding for example. I bounce a lot of my path stuff off him, and I think he's got into the spirit of this, because he's going to set up a youtube channel.

It's about being a thulr, which I have discovered is a Norse Heathen whose focus is on the spirits of Midgard (i.e. the fae and the land spirits and what's here), as opposed to Asgard (which is pantheon/divine work). I am *extremely* excited, predominantly because I'll get to find out more about what he's doing. I admire him a lot, both spiritually and obvs as a human being who's hella cute.

So good news on the horizon! We just ordered a new camera battery and charger.

Oh that's awesome! I'd love to hear about that.

My spouse is like your husband, I think, while I'm the idea-bouncer in our relationship. XD
