Gods, I wish i could put my finger on this vibe of competitiveness I get off pagan tumblr; I just can't account for what gives me that vibe, only that it does. I dipped my toe back in and quickly retreated.

And people write with a tone which makes me feel like they're angry at me, specifically. I look and I don't see people, just a collection of personal brands, and it doesn't feel like a safe social space or a comfortable one. There are so many things I like about the interface, and I've met good people there, but it's such a big worrying infinite wash of nothingness and noise

I feel this way about Instagram, in any of my interest areas.

I don't feel comfortable in "competitive" spaces. A spirituality space should definitely not have that sort of vibe.
